Course description
A one day course providing learners with an understanding of how to control rats and mice within any environment; the day concludes with the RSPH Level 2 Safe use of Rodenticides exam.
This qualification is approved by the Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use (CRRU).

Who is this course for?
Anyone who applies professional quantities of rodenticides – either as part of a professional service or those who complete in-house rodent control. This course is especially popular for Rodent Control on Farms
No prior experience is required.
This qualification meets all the requirements of the CRRU Training Framework for the SGAR stewardship regime and has been approved by the CRRU Training and Certification work group.

Written exam - needs to be completed with assessor.

Workshop courses typically run in Hampshire (SP11 6BL) – however these courses can also be a bespoke event at your venue.
Qualifications / Certificates available on successful completion
Successful candidates who achieve more than 17 out of 25 multi-choice questions will be awarded the RSPH Level 2 Safe Use of Rodenticides qualification certificate.
CPD Activity
12 points are awarded for the completion of the workshop course.
6 points for the online course.
All candidates are registered on IPM-Pro CPD scheme, which also has a 6 month inclusive membership.
Pre-course Requirements
None – course is applicable for new starters and those looking to set-up inhouse rodent management programmes, such as on farms.

Exam Only
There is no requirement to complete the course in order to take the exam – but the exam does need to be pre-booked.
Exam only £ 75 for RSPH exam.
